William Barnes
I am a proud alumnus of the University of Miami, where I earned a BBA in Accounting, followed by an MBA with a focus on Federal Income Taxes. With over 30 years of experience in the new home building industry and as a Realtor/Broker, I took the entrepreneurial leap in 2011 by founding WJS FLORIDA REALTY, where I serve as the Owner and Managing Broker. My extensive background in business and accounting has equipped me with a profound understanding of the return on investment (ROI) for real estate investments and the income tax advantages they offer.
In addition to my professional endeavors, I am an active member of the University of Miami Alumni Association's Board of Directors for the Colombia S.A. Chapter. My work has enabled me to assist numerous Colombians in finding their perfect home or investment property in Florida.
Furthermore, I hold the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation, recognizing my expertise in working with international buyers. This credential reflects my commitment to understanding and meeting the unique needs of clients from around the globe.
